They had my car for over 3 full days and didn’t fix what

They had my car for over 3 full days and didn’t fix what we agreed on. They didn’t have the right parts or tools and kept my car until end of day rather than letting me know they couldn’t fix it. Condescending employees talked down to me and short circuited when I confronted the fact that they handled the situation badly. 0/10 would not recommend
