Our family Purchased a Buick Enclave from Stykemain Buick GMC in defiance, Ohio. We received excellent service in every area and couldn't have asked for better support. While navigating the process, each department personnel was professional, helpful, friendly and committed in seeing we were well taken care of. So refreshing to have such a positive experience.

Our experience started off good during test drive. We did mention that there was no heat and that we wanted the exhaust looked at because it didn’t sound normal. The salesman noted and said he would have service techs look into it. Which is fine. He then went on to say that if we put money down that it would hold the truck for us and that if for any reason we would be receiving it back or put towards the truck. He reassured us that, after us asking to be sure. We called to see if they found anything out about the heat and exhaust because we never heard back until after us calling daily. Poor customer service. After that we decided to go somewhere else, and told we can’t get our money back now because we did sign the paper even tho the salesman said “ you would get it back “ we are out of a lot of money for absolutely nothing, but if we come back to buy a car they will put it towards that. Makes no sense, just more money for them. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

They were very courteous and friendly to me. When I needed service they were very accommodating to the time that I had off and were able to take care of my vehicle at that time.

Great experience at stykemain Buick GMC. You will be my first choice for service from now on.

All and all good Repairs were quickly resolved and service writer was prompt . Any questions were quickly answered and Any problems were quickly resolved
