You always does a great job at servicing our car (we've purchased our last 2 cars at your dealership. This appointment was to repair our brakes. I inspected the rotors prior to the service, and in my opinion they appeared to be ok, or at the least need turning, but all 4 were replaced, for a invoice totaling over $900. Even with the total rotor replacement, the invoice amount seems high. Question: do you ever turn rotors??? Ron Bahler

they misdiagnosed the severe mechanical issues with my
they misdiagnosed the severe mechanical issues with my truck and it cost me thousands of dollars and they were not willing to work with me at all. they even charged me $115 to pay over the phone snd didn't bother telling me that there was a surcharge.

All seems to have been done well and timely.
All seems to have been done well and timely. Only problem was when returned to my home I requested key fob be locked in car as I was gone and the car was not locked.
