The worst car dealership ever. They sold us a car and paid for a warranty that did not pay for any repairs. They are liars.

Buyers BEWARE of fine print
Buyers BEWARE when signing the “clean carfax” I was told there was never no accidents and given the clean carfax but they scam you when you initial the paperwork! I was told I was initialing for receipt of the zero accident report but it’s been wrecked just never reported and a simple repair is now a costly one! Screw you own a car!!

Scam!!
Offered a “good” deal that was 2,000 more then comparable car at multiple other dealers. Then lost my driver license or an employee stole it ether way crap!

Not a good experience. Ghetto dealership
Hate feeling regret after buying what I thought was my dream car. The car is beautiful but having some mechanical issues. I've had it for 1.5 weeks. I called Own A Car, service manager hung up on me. Issues from the get, including staff that would rather be watching a football game and starring down any cute female rather than good customer experience.

Rude "Own A Car"
I talked to a sales person and tried to explain my financial stuff. I was told by sales person that if I didn't make $1400. a month they didn't even want to talk to me.

Own A Car Fresno $500 down
I was looking for a specific car under and wanted to stay within a budget. Rodney has been excellent and is really putting in alot of efgort to find me the car i want for the price I can afford. We havent got there yet but hes confident he can make it happen and I havent tried another lot since meeting with him. Prior to going to own a car. I actually purchased the car i want for the price i wanted only to have the finance company backout after they let me take the car. They demanded a larger down payment or I needed to return thr car. So thats what I did. So im satisfied waiting til these guys are sure we can make a good deal. And I appreciate the time and effort its taken.

Buyer beware! Your safety could depend on it!
Feel like I've been duped into a 4-year long con-job; I bought a car here right before Christmas 2015, and during the sales process I was told that they had to disclose any accidents or damage. Salesman told me that there had been an insurance claim filed for damage, but it was for something minor. His words were "Vehicle got keyed, and they filed a claim to get it repaired, not all claims are necessarily because of an accident. Nothing to worry about." Lo and behold 4 years later, I was involved in an accident where someone hit me, and their insurance adjuster decided to total my car. I just got the complete report on my vehicle, and its valuations. Guess what? That 'minor' issue that was nothing to worry about was actually an accident where there was FRAME damage. And, it was only one of THREE total accidents reported on the vehicle, and it significantly reduced the value of it. Had I known that then, I would have run away from any agreement with a dealership who would willfully neglect to give me honest information, and opt to gloss over an incident which could have very well impacted the safety of myself and my family just to make a buck. Eleven thousand dollars for something I absolutely never would have bought, had I been aware of all the facts. Good job, Own A Car, good job. Special kudos to Big Joe for making sure I left the lot clueless to my vehicles *actual* history.
