Great buying experience! Knowledgeable, salesperson with an earnest desire to meet the customer's needs. I was neither pushed nor talked down to. I truly appreciate the authentic interaction. There were several quality, well-priced to select from.

When we test drove the car we bought we noticed it needed...

When we test drove the car we bought we noticed it needed rear breaks & the information center said the headlight bulb was out. We bought the car w/ the written in the agreement that the would take care of those issues. After signing paperwork, it was dark. As we're leaving to take our new car home... BOTH headlights were out. The salesman told me "you'll be fine. You have brights." I live in Knox County... 1 hour drive through 3 counties. I was a nervous wreck driving an unfamiliar vehicle on 71 w/ no low beams. We stopped off at an AutoZone & bought bulbs... $99/ea! When I returned to get the breaks replaced I turned in the receipt & they said they would have a check for me the next week to pick up. I asked if they could mail it as I live an hour away. They agreed. I've since contacted the salesman who replied he thought it was taken care of & would check w/ his boss. My 45 day tags have expired & no reimbursement check yet.... I'll change my review if/when they make it right. OH! And just noticed the rims on the left side of the car are not the same as the ones on the right???

First, let me say Forrest is awesome. He listened to my list of non-negotiables and through the dealership management and a top-notch service manager and department, delivered the car I wanted, for the advertised price and a couple of perks! We drove from Akron to Columbus for this Lincoln Navigator and more than glad we did. I suggest look for your must have car at Columbus Auto Source in Columbus, Ohio.
