Gabriel Romero and Edwin Fuentes helped me with my Mirai lease last month. Everything went very smoothly -- From tagging the car that I was looking for, to scheduling the appointment, to the paperwork and delivery the day of. Lease paperwork has a lot of terms and agreements but they made it as efficient as possible by having me fill out a credit app before I came in and having all the paperwork ready to go the day of. If Santa Monica runs their service center as well as this, I'll be a loyal customer!
