Mark Lewis is a consummate professional! Sometimes, I've been Concerned about going to dealers for repairs, but mark's efficiency, honesty and work ethic has me coming to Toyota of Santa Monica for routine maintenance. And thanks to Mark, my car is so well maintained!

My car is 11 years old, just turning over to 100000 miles, always bring it to Santa Monica Toyota for all it's maintenance. Mark Lewis is my service advisor and I know I am in good hands when i leave my car with him. He's honest and has never steered me wrong.

This is my first, and possibly only, review ever written on a website like this. I just needed to say publicly that I received the best customer service I have ever had at an automobile company, from Christopher Rinker. I hate going into auto shops, service depts., etc. because usually I am treated with either indifference and contempt from less than enthusiastic staff. Christopher was honest, knowledgeable, courteous, and diligent. Give that man a promotion!

I was ready to lease a new car, more specifically, a car I had my eye on for quite awhile. A Prius. The moment I walked in Santa Monica Toyota I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Diana Loncar walked me through my first lease and I was so impressed with her candor and generous demeanor that upon departure I referred her to 2 of my friends that were interested in Prius also. After my experience going through the process of leasing my beautiful car and the follow-through to insure all my expectations were met I think I will continue to be a loyal customer to Toyota and Diana Loncar in particular.

Tom Soveg is a knowledge rep who is courteous and professional. I have found him to be honest in his recommendations with respect to needed service on my cars. I have worked with tom for over 10 years. Solid employee.recommend him highly.

I brought my car in for a routine maintenance and to replace the worn out time belt. I was extremely impressed by Ricky's professionalism and attention to detail when I explained the reasons for my visit. He kept me up to date on the progress of the maintenance service, and made recommendations that were within my budget. I gave Toyota of Santa Monica 5 stars because of the great service, from Christopher Rinker, who greeted me promptly and told me what my options were (without any pressure, which was a nice change from other Service Dealers I have gone to before). He said my car would be done in 1 hour and 15 minutes and it was! I would definitely return to Toyota of Danta Monica!
