My experience with auto merchants in Plano was a night mayor one I found out the vehicle that I brought never went through inspection DPS motor vehicle told me this went to have a service done they told me I needed brakes that the brakes were really bad I called the dealership the manager laughed at me he said the Acura dealership is trying to take your money this went on for days it would cost 1,600 to pay so I did while waiting for may truck I went over to a sales guy asked him what would the numbers look like if I traded my vehicle first thing he did was pull the car fax he said miss did they give you the car fax I said know they told me there was know accidents he said your vehicle was in three accidents and it was stolen all I could do was cry when he showed it to me so I traded Grubb Acura worked there magic and got me out that vehicle they paid it off I brought a warranty for that vehicle Grubb Acura told what I needed to do to get my money back since February I’ve filled out the form sent it back to merchants today is May 14 2024 I called the warranty place they told me they sent the check to them and they cashed the check April 14 2024 I had been on the phone back and forth with auto merchant saying they didn’t get the check when they had the cashed the check and never notified me NAAC warranty sent me proof I got back on the phone with auto merchants they made it seem like NAAC warranty was wrong I emailed proof to auto merchant they released the check to me yesterday May 14,2024 be careful with this dealership they are liars point blank Respectfully Submitted

We got great service and got a great deal on the Toyota Highlander with Omar. It is a very clean car. I was also helped by Ara when I came back for my owners manual he was very helpful and polite.

Auto Merchant's has a reputation for selling "bad tilted" or "salvaged title" vehicles. They were not upfront with me about the condition of the car and I didn't receive a Carfax on the 2016 Infiniti Q50 I purchased. This was bad deal from the start, poor customer service, I recently preformed more research on the Auto Merchants past sales and found. They have listings of known sales concerning “lemon” vehicles. I received a phone call from management at Auto Merchant’s trying to intimidate me and threaten me. They indicated a counter-lawsuit would be filed due to my personal experience as a customer along with the review I had left on their websites. I do believe that they're a bunch of crooks and thieves and that's their method of business. Do not do business with Auto Merchant’s. The only reason I was doing business with them was because the vehicle was in my target price range. If I had known I was purchasing a lemon. I would have walked out the door the very same day. I think they are the ones writing their own reviews to maintain a somewhat decent rating. Don't purchase any vehicles from Auto Merchants they sell lemon cars.

Auto Merchants dealership is a great place to shop for a new vehicle. Octavio was our auto sales that provided a seemless process in purchasing our 2023 BMW X3 xdrive30i. Definitely looking forward in purchasing again from the AM dealership team. Texas Hats off in service

I want to give a shout out to Ari he was my sales representative and went beyond expectations. Ari was very helpful and made my car buying experience swift and easy. Autos Metchants has a great selection which made it hard to choose from but glad I was able to find my fit (Eqs 450). I definitely be recommend checking them out!!
