Always take a used car to a trusted mechanic before buying. These guys did not tell me that the VIN on the car I was interested in was destroyed! Not just destroyed - but destroyed in two places: under the windshield and on the sticker on the driver side! My guess, the car was stolen. My luck was that a mechanic pointed it out for me... When I came back, and told the guy, he was like, oh, yes, I just learned this.. Pathetic.

Be very cautious buying from them. I bought a vehicle 3 weeks ago, I told them the tires were not in good shape, the response "they passed inspection ". Needless to say, sitting at a tire place buying tires. Guess I should have read the reviews on Auto Merchant. Next time, at least shake my hand and say thanks for purchasing with us.

I submitted an inquiry but never heard back from them. I also tried contacting via their website and also didn't get a response. Based on other comments I'm reading, maybe it's best that we didn't do business.

It's been almost 4 months since I bought my truck here and after so many horrible experiences with other dealerships and shady, pushy salesmen, it was refreshing to find this place. My salesman was Octavias he wasn't overly pushy, he was very nice and allowed me to go at my pace. This was my first vehicle purchase completely on my own so I was very unsure about a lot of things and wanted to make sure I was making the right choice. I went to test drive this truck and another one 3 days in a row, I brought 2 different people I trust to look at them and drive them as well, and the salesman was very patient and got me the best deal he could. After having the truck for a few months, there's nothing wrong with it other than a few minor things you'd expect at over 100k miles, it's really a solid truck. It definitely made the wait to find the right truck worth it for me. I can't think of a single reason to not shop here, they even have great reasonable prices, I had a great experience and got the perfect vehicle for me without feeling forced or like they were hiding anything from me. If you need a used vehicle definitely look here! LOVE my truck more than words.

I noticed this dealership had so many cars in their inventory and all 3 models I narrowed my decision down to already. So I decided to spend some time on this dealership. These cars both in good condition and are listed with good prices. More important, most of the cars are personal lease car. This is way better than those rental cars! Then I placed a test drive request through their website portal and immediately got the response from Victoria. I chose 1 BMW, 1 MB, 1 Lexus and scheduled the test drive with her. She confirmed that quickly without any problem. On that day I arrived to the dealership and met with Victoria she is really nice and never pushes you! She just handed the key fob to me and said that I can test drive the car by myself as long as I want. This is amazing! After that day I was pretty sure I would buy from here. Finally, we purchased a 2018 Mercedes C300. The condition is fantastic. Everywhere was carefully cleaned. During the whole procedure, Victoria answered all questions and never said too much to change your mind. This was great! Thank you for the great experience!

Don't buy their cars. They sell lemon cars. Never tell you what happened to the car. Bad service. Terrible dealership.

Quick and to the point no typical dealership run around.. Fast and easy smooth transaction to get my vehicle. Other dealers you will spend hours and hours. Here I spend less than 30 minutes and I was out and enjoying my new purchase. Thanks AutoMerchants

I will not go into details about what is wrong with the Mercedes SL63 AMG I purchased from this dealer but suffice it to say it has cost me thousands of dollars to get it fixed and return to my home in Florida. A slight idea is both batteries are shot, the fuse under the passenger’s side floor board is bad (takes an hour and 30 minutes just to get to the fuse) and the stabilizing system is shot. I was traveling on I 10 east when that went out and could not steer the car. Was able to get it off the interstate without getting killed and the car was towed to the Mercedes’ dealer in Mobile, Alabama where it is now. They will not be able to get to the repairs for a week so here I sit. Here is my recommendation: Do not even think about buying a car from these people. An aside — they claimed the car had things that were not there. For instance the performance package, no. The complete car cover, no. The first aide kit, no. Their excuse — it is listed by a third party the hire and that is the reason it gets screwed up. Doesn’t anybody ever check these people? I made a huge mistake in doing what I did buying from these people. Do not make the same mistake I did.

To all future car buyers, please avoid this dealership they truly sell LEMONADE cars. I bought a vehicle from them and the process took the whole day to complete. Then the dealer himself was worthless, no help what so ever. No liquid was topped off or a fresh oil change before leaving the dealer. Now I took the vehicle to my mechanic for a look over and he said that thier are parts miss which suggest that vehicle was in an accident, that was not reported to Carfax. Save yourself the headache and search other Dealers.
