Keith sold me a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse and I am absolutely in love. He was able to stick to my monthly budget was honest and kept communication through the whole entire process. I live out of state he drove to get the paperwork signed so I could pick the vehicle up on the day I needed it by. He since has kept up with any questions I have about the vehicle. He even gave me details of getting some of the money back I had invested in the last vehicle. He was awesome and I can’t wait to get our next vehicle from him.

I dealt with Howard Roberts at Nimnicht Chevrolet for more than one year in connection with the purchase of a Chevrolet Corvette. For more than one year, Mr. Roberts promised I was on Nimnicht’s Order Waitlist for the Corvette. He repeated assured me that my purchase would be at MSRP. After taking my deposit, ordering the car, and taking delivery of the car at the dealership, Mr. Roberts, with the support of General Sales Manager Scott Garman, demanded $10,000 above list. Mr. Roberts and Mr. Garman acknowledged Mr. Robert’s multiple repeated representations, over the course of more than one year, that I would not “pay a penny over list (or sticker),” but said that “circumstances had changed.” The changed circumstances they pointed to was that customers were now willing to pay over MSRP for the car. I took delivery of the car, agreeing to pay $10,000 over MSRP, but as an attorney and frequent xxxxxx litigant, I advised them at the time I would sue to recover my damages. Nimnicht Chevrole’s malfeasance in employing this deceptive sales practice is unfortunate, but will not go unremedied.
