Smooth and easy transaction from start to finish. Salesman (Justin Maggio) did not pressure me at all. Warranty guy talked fast and was difficult to understand as he was trying to sell me different warranties.

So I bought a new 2500 hd lifted and loaded. I had to settle for something else other than what I wanted which was the high country. When test driving I noticed the shifting hard and I was told it was because of it being a big truck which this was the first time I said something a couple times but what do I know. I wouldn’t take the truck until they had everything done I was getting done since this was my first new truck ever. I have always paid cash for a vehicle and always around 7k or less and never had as many issues as I still have with my new truck and of course it is out of warranty and now there is more wrong. Truck was bought for work and personal stuff but mainly for pulling large trailers. The first time I pulled my dump trailer loaded with roofing material everything was working great until the brake module went out. I got into 2 accidents in one day totaling both vehicles. My insurance for commercial policy went up to 18k for the year and when I brought the truck in they told me what had happened and of course I did not say anything about the accidents at this point. Once I got the repairs done and I got the receipt of work completed I then explained about the accidents and wanted my bumper and grill fixed. When contacting corporate about the situation all they could say is it is unfortunate we were not there for the time of the accident. So amongst driving around in my truck with a bang the front bumper it is still shifting hard and when I stop it feels like I am being rear ended which is intermittent. I bought this in November of 2017 and I am still dealing with the problems today. Nobody knows anything and nobody can duplicate anything. When I bring it into the shop they say they took it out and drove it all over the place but when I get it back there’s not even a mile put on the truck. I think they are trying to push it until it gets through the other part of the warranty. I don’t have the time to go up to dealerships every day and I believe that is what the bank on. I love the truck the way it looks and everything but I don’t like the payments and the issues that don’t get fixed.

Thank you for responding. I honestly don’t no what to say or how to say it. This has been going on for quite some time and just been getting the runaround which unfortunately for me is very easy with my work schedule and everything. It is so hard for me to get time off in order to take care of certain things and this being one of them which I did do immediately once happened. I did go straight to corporate Who the gentleman I spoke with could only say that it is unfortunate they couldn’t have been there at the time of the accident. Really? Why would you have been with me in the first place? My insurance went up to $18,000 a year due to these accidents. Everyone including my attorney was telling me to sue but that is not me I simply wanted the truck fixed. I still to this day I have not gotten it fixed nor the bucking or slipping issues it is having. I could call you at some point if you would like or I could make arrangements in the next week or so to simply come to the dealership with the vehicle and take someone for a test ride. Please let me know
