Don Sanders is Top Notch!
My 2019 truck that I purchased from Nimnicht was totaled out by my insurance. I was only 4 months in on the loan without GAP. Don assisted me in completing a substitution of collateral with GM Financial. Thanks to Don and the guys at the dealership, I left with a brand new 2020 truck , same exact model.

Poor customer service
I have an appt on monday feb 3 to replace the rubber on the windshield of my 2018 chevy tahoe that is still under warranty. The original service contact was Ashley who left after we were given an appt. and i was assigned to a certain Dennis. i left several messages for Dennis, the service guy to inquire how long it would take to do this work so I know if i should leave the car for a couple of days and have a back up plan whether I should get a loaner in order for me to go to work. I never received an answer and every person I'm referred to at service dept. just goes to their voicemail.

My sales guy Austin was great. He listened and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The ladies in the insurance area were extremely nice and helpful. Mr. Long in finance was amazing. While completing all the paperwork he took the time to show my grandson a couple magic tricks. This kept him from being bored during the experience.
