Came in on a busy Saturday and was greeted by Ricky. We asked for Mr. McCullar as recommended by family but he was off that day. Ricky spent well over an hour showing us vehicles. It was he who showed me how much I really wanted a Traverse. I’d only looked at a Tahoe and an Acadia at our local dealership in Valdosta, GA. Ricky turned us over to Bob since he works so closely with Mr. McCullar. He quickly let us take off for a test drive. When we returned we waited a bit but Bob came over quickly and apologized for the wait and let us know he was working with another customer and he was getting Johnny to come and quote us. Johnny took us back to an office a while later and to say the least...we did not see eye to eye. He presented an outrageous number to us, proceeded to tell me that he didn’t know what I wanted but only what the other guys think I wanted. Bob and Mr Garman were aware that our family (Presley) has purchased many many vehicles from Nimnicht over the years. We left unsatisfied after having spent 5 hours at the dealership. Bob was in touch with me early Monday morning and apologized for how our visit went overall on that Saturday. He immediately began working numbers for me on a 3LT and on the RS. We did a little back and forth work but he never failed to get back with me ASAP and really showed how much customer satisfaction means to him. I could not be happier with our purchase and Bob is still going above and beyond for us. There was a small scuff in the paint on the rear door and he is sending us the touch up paint since it wasn’t available that day. He’s also sending us the ‘first place finish kit’ as we forgot to get it Saturday. He had really made it worth our while to purchase a vehicle 2 hours from our hometown and really made us feel like family.

He was very helpful and kind. Got exactly what I came in for and he wasn't pressuring me into buying a car like some xxxxxx out there. He let me look at the car and didn’t expect anything out of me.
