Eric greeted me with respect and a professional courtesy, The vehicle was finished on time as I was waiting and washed when completed. The Technician found a second Campaign I wasn't aware of and completed it. Larry the Service Director was pleasant as always and just the entire staff and facility is a pleasure to go and visit, The dealership is a very clean and friendly place to visit.

We have a Dodge Ram 1500 4 x 4 truck and a Jeep Commander serviced at Kelly. Their service department is friendly, fast and reliable but most importantly TRUSTWORTHY! We tried getting both our vehicles serviced at the other Jeep & Dodge dealership in our area much to no avail, no need to trash talk but we would not trust our family vehicles being serviced any where else other than Kelly - period. While all dealerships have similar tools and policies it's the staff or the people at Kelly that make the difference, they seem to care and that's rare these days. ESSE QUAM VIDERI!
