Terrible customer service, never again...

TERRIBLE. I had nothing but bad experiences from here in the 3 times I tried to buy vehicles. Arrogant staff, especially the sales managers, and the service department acts like you are burdening them by bring in your vehicle for service work or recalls. Good luck talking to someone then after the problems take place. Ive called numerous times to the managers and emailed as well with no return emails or phone calls. I even tried to buy a new $50,000 truck recently and after test driving it with Brian Spangler, they never even called me back to go forward with the purchase. Dave Vrabel in the service department was condemning me for bringing my new vehicle then, THAT I HAD TO BUY AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, for a safety recall. This is VERY common for people from around the area so I'm not sure where all these glowing reviews are coming from since 80%+ of the people Ive talked to will never step foot in there again. We buy almost exclusively Chrysler products and we will never shop here again!

heather who sold our car was very informant and really was a joy of a salesperson. I would recommend her to any one . great personality and smart.

Great Service

James Barndt must be the most qualified General Manager in the entire Lehigh Valley. Service visit was made exceptional by the free fresh fruit, water and coffee.

Finely a pleasant car buying experience

Anthony as my sales person and Brian as the manager were great to work with. They were both very polite and respectable. Anthony found me the Jeep I was looking for and explained all the features. After test drive we came to agreement on a price and the process moved quickly. Anthony is very knowledgeable. He showed me around the service area and explained what to do and were to drop off the Jeep when I come in for service. Before I left Anthony paired my cell phone to the Jeep and showed me how to operate the basics things on the vehicle . Thank you Anthony! Job well done you went above and beyond.

New Jeep Lease

Stopped in on a Saturday at 4PM trying to lease another Jeep, and was given the run around and a ridiculous price. I told the employee I was eligible for a discount through my job and that was completely ignored. I ended up leasing an Infiniti sedan, with meow equipment, for almost $200/month less. It seemed like the salesman was more concerned with leaving to go home than he was with a "lay down spot" so to speak. Your loss.

Another Pleased Customer

Not a fan of the entire car buying process, but the employees at Kelly really know how to make it an enjoyable experience. Dave was a fantastic salesma; very courteous and welcoming. Brian was able to help us strike a deal that I think pleased everyone. These guys are the real deal, don't hesitate to stop by! Definitely a returning customer.

Service Department at Kelly. I always call Dave Vrabel

This is the 3rd Grand Cherokee Jeep I have purchased at Kelly. Dave Vrabel is the person I always call over these last 10 years. He gives me great service for my vehicle and is always very fair on the service estimates. I will continue to call Dave when I need as I did yesterday, 02/28/2015. Carolyn Lapierre

Always a great experience

Very clean facilities.

My experience was good, except I think there should be a sign about going into the garage area to drop off keys and information. This was my first time there for service and there was no reception person around to ask or inform them I was there for my appointed time.
