I had a fantastic experience with Chevrolet Auto Nation. Bill Noble, Cory, and Suzie are the very best. Bill worked with me to ensure that I got a car that was right for me and my family. There was no pressure or trying to "upsell" what I couldn't afford. Every employee that I came into contact with was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I would, and will, definitely do business with them again!

Relaxed buying experience.
The salesman was very relaxed. No pressure. He let us drive both cars as much as we wanted to decide which one we liked the best. He took time to sync up our phones as well. Good experience!

My experience with the Service Department
Very friendly ad courteous. They got my car in early and finished early. I have always been treated great people. I do recommend them every chance I get. Love this company and their people. Thanks for the excellent service.

I went in with a problem, and came out with a solution.
Cory was great. He asked what I was looking for, asked what features I needed and he found several cars for me to test drive. He was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in presenting all the information I needed to make a decision. I found a car that I loved and the whole staff went above and beyond to make sure the whole process went smoothly. I went back one week later to get help with some of the technology that I was having trouble with and found out that a part in the navigation system was not working properly. Corey went with me to the service dept. and made sure they knew the problem with the car. A service appointment was made and my new car will be fixed soon. I really appreciate the professionalism displayed by all the employees.

They saved me!
While staying in Spokane, WA going through chemo and radiation for cancer, my car started making a strange noise, and I was due to drive back home in three days, 100 miles north of Spokane. I called my husband who was at home and told him I didn't want to take a chance on driving the car that far without getting it looked at. He said to go on line and look for a Chevy dealership near my hotel. As it turned out, Autonation Chevrolet was just a few miles away. I called the service department, and they said to bring the car in, and they'd get right on it. I explained that I had cancer treatments every day, and that I'd need a loaner car until mine was fixed. They said no problem. When I arrived, the head of the Service Department met with me and had someone take my car out and checked out all the noises. He then gave me a complete breakdown of everything that was wrong. Although the car has low mileage, it is 10 years old, and everything wrong was just due to being 10 years old. I was given the choice of which items to fix, but I chose all of them. Rob then got me set up with a nice loaner so I could make all my appointments at the clinic, and said they would call me the next day when the car was done. Several of the parts had to be ordered. At 10 the next morning, I got a call from Rob, and my car was done! I was elated! When I got there, the car was even washed and vacuumed! Wow, I was so happy! I could not have been cared for better, which meant a lot to me with as bad as I was feeling from the chemo! I will be forever grateful to Autonation! Wendy Lago

Got a Great Truck deal at my Local Car Show
I was looking for a truck to carry heavy loads including a slide in camper. At the local car show I met a salesman and manager from Spokanes Autonation. They had a truck on display and convinced me that what I was looking for was too much truck and that they had one that would fit my purposes perfectly. I was introduced to the Chevrolet Silverado 2500 High Country. They were right. It has been relied upon daily and I have no complaints. They were emphatic about proper preparations and follow ups for minor items that needed attention. The professionalism of the team caused my friend to buy a truck which in turn lead me to buy one also just several days later. I have been very satisfied with my elegant workhorse of a vehicle. The flexibility of the company in the service and financial departments enabled me to purchase immediately rather than having to wait for my situation to improve.

Free oil change
I was able to drop off my truck before a dentist appt., and got a ride from the courtesy driver to the dentist office. The service advisor informed that there was a recall on my truck and they would take care of that while it was there. They also topped off my DEF. I received a call 2 hours 10 minutes later that it was done. When I returned got the dealership I was walked out to the truck and they had given it a good washing. I will return!
