Our salesman, Ken Mobley, was very helpful from the moment he greeted us at the door! He showed us many different trucks in an effort to meet our expectations. He answered all of our questions and helped us find the perfect truck for us! He was patient as we went through the process of trading our old truck for the new one. "Carefully read ALL the paperwork"
The car was exactly as represented (and more) on Cars.com. Facilities and sales staff were friendly and helpful even staying past their normal close of business time to complete the transaction. Unfortunately due to the lateness of the day and pounds of paperwork they kept throwing at me I failed to catch (until the following week) they had increased the length of the loan contract from 72 to 78 months and with a higher interest rate than what was on the pre-approval letter from my credit union. Because the contract was finalized by the credit union it could not be changed. By voluntarily increasing the monthly payment on my own, the damage was mitigated. Just goes to prove the old saying "carefully read ALL the fine print". Love the car as it was all it was represented to be...Yes, I would buy from them again...just more carefully!

Brad was a great service adviser and he kept me up to date on what was going on. He also helped me to remember that we did buy the extended warranty on my vehicle which saved us over $1700. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

Best time we've had buying a car
We had fun, I joyed the whole process .our sales person was polite and Helpfule . He listed to what we wanted, The sales manager was very nice through the buying process.also the finance manager was very nice low pressure, he explained everything clearly to us. He showed us what he had to offer and had most of the paper work completed when we intered his office. This is a very organized Dealership, all the cars were very clean that we looked at. Great service
Great service, super nice service manager who was ready for me right when I got there. Greated me right when I walked in. It's nice to be acknowledge when you walk into a service area and not just stand there waiting for someone to help you. Also, a comfortable waiting area, clean. The whole experience was excellent.

I now own my third and last Avalanche (2013) purchased from Appleway in Spokane Valley, Washington. I have always been inpressed with the high level of concern and service wether it be making the purchase or servicing the vehicles. No other dealership has ever impressed me as much, in fact prior to Appleway, i was left with a very bad taste in my mouth since there was little interest after the purchase and services. GREAT Experience
Great experience, We very recently bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado from Kevin Erwin at Autonation and was very impressed. The whole staff there took extra time with my husband and I to explain the many features of our new truck. Kevin worked with us for several weeks trying to find a used vehicle but the price on the new one was so good we couldn?t pass it up.
