I want to let others know that my fianc� and I just got a vehicle here at auto nation Subaru and it was a really good experience. First of all we were greeted when we first arrived and quickly helped. The person we were assigned with was Wesley Neisler and made the whole experience quite well. I have bought cars in the past and always was uncomfortable, pressure, they were usually not well knowing about the vehicles and felt that they were trying to hard. Wesley was in our opinion quite the opposite. He went over and beyond when we got the vehicle he gave us some mats that were lying around for free and even afterwards helped with information on a slight issue and resolved it. The whole process was very fast and simple. Yes the location was tight and building was very old. They have a great warranty we got almost bumper to bumper for a good price. However the price was right, the customer service was great, and we liked it. The one thing that was nice is that they gave us a print out of all the repairs that they did before we got the vehicle and that was very helpful and reassuring about the used vehicle.

We have been looking to buy a new vehicle for a while. We weren't sure which brand or which dealership to buy it from. After checking reviews online, we decided to visit AutoNation Subaru in Spokane Valley and purchased 2025 Subaru Forester. The AutoNation sale and finance team, especially sales consultant Andrew, went above and beyond to provide us with the best car buying experience. They listened closely to our concerns and answered our questions, even offering test drive different car manufacturer to compare driving experience to the Subaru. The service department front desk was also knowledgeable answering our questions and were willing to help. Overall, they were very patient which made the entire car buying experience smooth and stress free. We would highly recommend them if you are in need of a car.

I inquired about adding body molding to my 2025 Forester. Taylor Kirby handled the ordering and scheduling for the application. When I arrived for my appointment, he greeted me at the door with a welcoming smile. After checking me in, I only had to wait one hour before the completion of the job. Taylor finalized the transaction and commented on the how the molding enhanced the car's appearance. My experience at AutoNation's service department was great.

A minor issue came up on our new Forester that we?ve had for two months. I called service and they were able to get us in THE SAME DAY. We were checked in early and I was on my way home in an hour with the problem resolved. This could not have gone any better.

The experience we had was outstanding. Joshua Ankney was very professional. He was so helpful in guiding us through the purchasing process. We appreciated his knowledge on how to navigate through the apps which were equipped on the vehicle plus those which were purchased. We even contacted him prior to the scheduled Q & A session to ask about a few features. The staff we met from financing, parts & service, Q & A personnel & management were very friendly. So happy we chose AutoNation..

Anthony Locher Davis was a great help! Kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was extremely helpful with helping me trade two vehicles in, in order to purchase a new vehicle, and went the extra mile with his assistants. Anthony made the entire process super easy which I greatly appreciated. Justin Robb also did a great job going through the purchasing process and my monthly payment options. Overall this experience with Autonation Subaru Spokane Valley was great and I will highly recommend to anyone that is planning on purchasing a vehicle. They really look out for their customers. 10/10.
