Worst experience I’ve ever had

Worst experience ever, I’m 36 and I was very surprised on my experience here never expected to leave so disappointed, if you want to see there real personality, do something they don’t like trust me there true colors really quick, they were trying to have me pay over 25xxx for a 10,000 dollar car they are full of crap people BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Loving my Prius Thanks guys

Was looking for a Toyota Prius 2015 with no more thank 70k miles and 13k price tag,and so they happen to have one with 60k miles and were asking 12995 plus tax,my sales guy Mike was very helpful I was able to get the car on the spot,the only reason they get 4 stars was because I had to come back with my sister to co sign since I had other loan, I know is not really their fault and a very big thanks to Valentine Finance guy who was very helpful and was in constant communication, at the end we did another contract that had better terms than before,the other reason they get 4 stars is because every single car the sell they put this numbers that are like anti theft device and u kinda have no choice but to buy them,but any ways they have to make money and were just a few hundred dollars more,at the end I was happy with the terms price and service and I love my Toyota Prius

Nice folks and low pressure environment

I have purchased and leased vehicles here before and had a great experience. So I came back to look for a vehicle for my daughter. Unfortunately, the one I wanted just did not work out from a price perspective. However, the sales staff were professional and friendly throughout the process. Next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, DCH will be on my list of places to go.

Buyer Beware Untrustworthy

Buyer Beware this dealership tried to add on an additional $1500 in expenses for no reason. We traveled far to get the car. Purchase a brand new car had spider webs in it. They were supposed to clean it for us and it still had some one upon further inspection at home. This place is a joke. Salesman pretend to care but add on extras without any notification. Try to hide it it in the price. Don’t believe their online sales prices they are not truthful. But somewhere else where you can trust the price and the cars. I would never buy a used car since you can’t trust them. Only made our purchase because toyota will back their new product.

Warning, Price Not As Advertised.

Price not as advertised. We went there to look for a used car for our family. The listed price was listed as a "good deal" based on cars.com price comparison. We saw the car and test drove it and wanted to buy the car, but then the salesman says that he forgot to tell us that the price of the clearcoat (plastic edge around the doors) $399.00 and the theft protection package (about $1,200.00) that were pre-installed in the vehicle were not included in the listed price. Therefore, the true price of the vehicle was about $1,600.00 more. I told him that I was there for the advertised price (plus tax and registration of course) but not willing to pay for a clear coat and anti-theft system that I did not want. The guy say, "I guess we're done here" and walked away. I would not recommend this DCH Toyota of Torrance to anyone. I would give negative 5 if I could, a one is too generous.

Good Price but unnecessary add-ons

I came here to DCH of Torrance because after hours of looking around for a Toyota Corolla I found their price to be the most competitive and with the best carfax history reports. I felt like I was really going to go in and a great quality car, which I did. But, here is the kicker: like most 1 star reviews here, it is true that they add on very unnecessary packages that they will not budge AT ALL to remove. The reason they will not remove these add-ons is because the the theft protection (which was $1500!!) and the side door protectors (an extra $400!) come already installed in the car! The door protectors themselves cost $20 on Amazon! Unfortunately I needed a car ASAP and after looking around i still felt I got a good deal with them prior to the add-ons but if I had known about the extra fees that they forced on I could have actually bought a much newer and better trim Corolla with much lower miles. These guys would get 5 stars for everything, customer service and what not, but those extra charges are very unnecessary. Crossing my fingers that their maintenance service is top notch as well in the future........

Love my new car!!

Price on website

They honored the price on the website. However, once you get down there they try and slap a $2000 "mandatory" anti theft system on a used car. Stating that all vehicles new or used have to have this and is a requirement. If thats the case then they should include that with the over all price and not label it under accessories on the statement. Be careful and make sure you read the statement prior to continuing with financing.
