Service Advisor was Barbara Myers. She totally understood...

Service Advisor was Barbara Myers. She totally understood my problem with my old F150 with 275,000 miles on it. Service dept fixed it in less time than expected. Truck now runs as good as it did when it was new. Brake job, wheel bearing assy, sway bar bushings and links. Koodos to the service dept. I will use them again when needed over a generic auto repair shop.

Slow to replace recalled parts. We all understand the problem but you could send update after 4 months.This is my second recall . Thank you for keeping up..Oil change was fine.

I bought my car from here that part went great! However I...

I bought my car from here that part went great! However I went to have my oil changed and the back passenger side window switch fixed after they told me they could fix it two weeks prior. I get their and they tell me they can’t do it cuz it’s a Nissan that’s fine but don’t tell me you can do something when you can’t. All I wanted was my oil changed and they ended up doing that and a tire rotation to which I didn’t want because they were brand new tires to begin with!! Also got attitude from multiple people!! I WONT BE BACK!! NOR WILL I BY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM!!! Very unsatisfied with the service department!!!

Everyone I have worked with has been very helpful and informative. My work was done on time. No hassell. Clean waiting room and very nice. I would reccomend anyone to go there. when I get ready to buy again I will go there.
