2014 Ford Fusion aka "The Bullet "

This was one of a hardship that hit out of nowhere! I had the support of the staff. I truly appreciate Gary, Tina & Shelbi for understanding that my car was really all I had. I am not going to go into great details they understood with my home catching fire, my job laying me off and my car was my goal. Shelbi would text me and check on me when I needed it the most. Gary has always been my go to person with The Bullet! Tina offers the most encouragement when I made my payments. I also wanted to say thank you to the Mechanics that worked on my car. I am truly grateful for your support. It was hard to come up with such a large amount for my car repairs but I am glad & grateful for this staff that truly understood.

New vehicle

Sales person was great. No problems. proceeded with the purchase, they got a copy of my DL, truck registration, insurance, signed all the documents, they did a credit check, got a copy of a letter from my bank stating I was qualified for twice the amount of the vehicle I purchased, got confirmation of the check being over nighted to them not to mention I am a repeat customer and after all that, when I was getting ready to leave, the sales manager informed me I could't leave with the vehicle until they received the check. Not cool! The next day, I called my bank at 11:30 to verify they had sent out the check. The bank said they did and tracked it and said it arrived at the dealership at 7:16. When I called to verify the dealership had the check they said they did and I told the associate thanks for letting me know! One would think receiving a check that large they would notify the person especially after I wasn't allowed to leave with the vehicle the day before. Not pleased with management service and will not return again for any further business.

Vehicle service appointment

I have a pretty good experience whenever I visit this location. The only negative would be the long waiting period for much needed appointments; which I'm sure cannot be controlled at the moment, because of the pandemic.

The Best!

I had a scary situation with my Ford Escape & went to the dealership. So glad I did as Barbara is awesome. She told me what was potentially the problem. It was serious & she took excellent care of me & my Escape. The only issue I encountered, not a negative, is the time it took to receive the parts. However, it was so worth the wait as my Escape runs like new. This place is a lifesaver & Barbara is a rock star. I'm so grateful & can't thank you enough. Best dealership for sales & service EVER!

Recommend

I drove 195 miles to get to the dealership. We started the buying process prior to my visit since I was shopping for one car specifically (2020 Mazda3 5-door) and they were already holding it for me. I arrived and my salesman, Stephon, greeted me almost immediately. Within a few minutes we were driving the car. Once back at the dealership, my paperwork was prepared and I met with the finance guy, who was very friendly. He recommended a good BBQ place to eat while we signed all of the paperwork. I was back on the road in less than an hour and a half from arriving. The dealership is clean, modern and spacious and everyone I experienced was friendly and helpful.
