Entire process was awesome! I especially enjoyed working with Lafayette Parker (sales rep) and general manager (Kenny Myers).

It was time for my Explorer's maintenance checkup so I took it to Autonation and had a great experience as always. Barbara, my service representative met me when I drove up and took me inside to the break room and then took my car to the shop. She was very attentive and showed me where the coffee and donuts were located. She kept checking to make sure I was okay and even took my napkin and cup to the waste can. When the person that was doing the work on my car finished but found out I needed a couple of other things she came back and informed me of what they were and how much they would cost. When they were finished, she let me know and escorted me to the cashier and told me my car would be around in a few minutes. This is always a nice place and I am so glad I got my Explorer from Autonation Wolfchase. I have never had a bad experience.

The financing department worked hard to get the payments where I wanted them. However, they took a really long time. The salesman told me my new vehicle was equipped with XM radio and the next day after I bought the car I found out that was not true.

Brought my vehicle in for LOF. I was impressed with the remolded waiting area. Love the Cats...

I have been buying cars since I was 19. The service that I received from autonation is the best I have ever experienced. The vehicle is exactly what I wanted and the attention that I received made me feel like everyone there wanted the best for me. I'm letting everyone know about autonation.
