Took auto in for a recall. My service writer was Barbara. . She was very knowledgeable and was very courteous . She was very friendly and was treated me with respect. I have been in before and they seem to act like they wished I had not. Brought my auto there .

They send a service coupon with the price and big bold

They send a service coupon with the price and big bold numbers and letters. When you get there and have the service they add shop fees. I think they misspelled screw in the customer make it 100% profit on a xx charge. Whatever happened to earning customer loyalty by providing quality service and not charge near what used to be called “ the cost of doing business.”

What you can do to help is eliminate the shop fees. Having clean hand towels and things of that nature are part of doing your type of business. Shop fees are nothing short of “ sticking it “ to the consumer. When you send out a coupon with an advertised price, that should be with a customer pays plus tax. Not plus sharpies and tax. That’s equivalent in my mind, anyway to bait and switch. This practice will not our new customer loyalty.

My appt was for a recall, the dealership was fast and efficient. They fixed the issue in what seemed like minutes. I waited on the pair and it did not take long.
