I went in for an oil change and was charged $240. I understand things went up in price but it seems like AutoNation would give a discount for new customers or older customers.

While taking vehicle in for oil change, it was damaged
While taking vehicle in for oil change, it was damaged while at the dealership and had to have body work repair. AutoNation provided a complimentary vehicle during the 3 week repair time. Despite this accident to the vehicle, we will continue to use AutoNation for our service needs.

This was my best visit so far.
This was my best visit so far. When I arrived the service rep said that they are behind on repairs but he would squeeze me in if I could bring my truck back the next day. I did and was told when it would be ready. Work was completed and I received my truck the day that it was promised after parts were ordered.

I've been going to this service dept.
I've been going to this service dept. and dealership for over 30 yrs which tells you something. I have always been pleased, and Nick (service mgr) and Johnny (tech) always take good care of me. The last few years they've had to deal with supply chain issues, parts availability, and other labor issues, but they have always found a way to make it work!

Excellent Service and Top Notch Staff
From the moment I walked in the door and even after having purchased the vehicle, the staff was exceptionally helpful and considerate. Easy to talk to, not condescending at all, and did not pressure for a sale. Definitely visit this dealership if you're in the area and searching for a vehicle.
