It was absolutely amazing everybody treated me so nice and with respect. And my Ford Dealer Mr. Lafayette Parker was so experienced and knowledgeable about the car business he was so patient with my lack of knowledge about purchasing a car. He was up front and present during the whole process. I could call him and ask him about a particular car anytime during business hours and he was there for me. He made me feel so comfortable about asking him questions that seemed stupid to me for asking. At the end of the process he helped me to purchase a 2021 Rapid Red Ford Escape and I couldn't be happier! I looked at several cars before I made my mind up and Mr. Parker never rushed me into buying a car like most Car Dealers just to make a sale. He let me take my time until I found exactly what I was looking for I'm so grateful to him for that. He also went over and beyond when he took the time out to explain some of the technical equipment inside of the car like helping me hook up the Bluetooth to my phone basically just showing me how things work. I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends!!

Recall on my Ford Edge. Appointment was October 5 at 7:00 am. Arrived on time 10 vehicles ahead of me. Lee Gault was the service rep. I had to leave vehicle. Mr. Gault kept me informed about time to pick my vehicle up. He was very helpful.
