Jeff Smith, the General Manager and his team at this location were very helpful. They were nice, friendly and eager to help. Every time I come to have my vehicle serviced, they do a good job to make sure my vehicle is ready in a timely manner and safe to drive. This time my service manager was Lee Gault.

When i purchased my truck on April 10, 2021 I did not receive my code for the door. the salesman told me i could come back and get it for free but when i got my oil changed the wifi was down. Is there anyway you could talk to another dealer closer to me like the one on Goodman rd. to give me the code for free. I didn't want to drive way out there when I live in the whitehaven area just for the code. your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I made appointment with my usual service writer, Barbara Myers, but when I got there she was off. No one told me and they just gave me to someone else. I paid for two packages when I bought the 2014 Lincoln and it should run through 2024, but the writer said I had to pay for my oil change and tire rotation, of course they should have checked the air filters inside and out, but they didn't. I am very upset with this kind of service and if indeed my contract is being ended, which I don't agree with, then I will give my service to someone else besides Ford.

Sometimes change is good, but not in this case. As long as I could make my appointments with Barbara Myers, I had no problems because she knew me and my car and my extra protection we spent over thousands of dollars on when we bought my Lincoln, (which was not cheap). I use to have confidence in your dealership, but not anymore. So if you want to keep customers, good customers, you should get a handle on your service department. I'm done, please let Barbara know she is great, and Smiley, but its not worth paying for something again that I already paid for.

Nick Rowell went out of his way to get my Ford Explorer repaired and back to me the same day I travel for work and having a vehicle is critical to my work, thank you Nick and AutoNation Ford!

I have worked with the service advisor Lee & he was outstanding! I feel he goes above & beyond to make sure customer are dealt with in a professional’ timely manner & he goes out of his way to make you feel at home! Service manager Nick is absolutely amazing as well! I personally think they both are a great asset to AutoNation & I will always your location because of the two of them!!!!
