General manager aware of problem. Still don’t have my car. At body shop for painting. Did get a loaner car. Service manager also aware of problem caused by Ed in service.

Previously I was not a fan of the service departments at...

Previously I was not a fan of the service departments at other dealerships. My view has since changed and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Lee Gault and the AutoNation Ford Wolfchase service department. He was respectful of my time and made my service necessities quick and easy. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with!
