My car still says transmission is not in park!! I have lights on saying doors not closed that weren’t when I dropped it off!! My keyboard doesn’t lock my door anymore !! My door does not lock at all!!This has never been an issue!! I will have to bring it back to have it fix it correctly!! I’m sure I will be able to give a better review next time!! If you all provide better services!!

Great service... Gary my service writer is absolutely on it. He makes sure things are done right and communicates about everything happening. This dealership is fair and honest in the shop. 0lus you get OEM parts from the dealer. I won't allow anyone else to service my truck.

Recently went in for a routine oil change and their 115k mile service. All of the employees I spoke to were kind, patient, and they answered all my questions. They were very helpful in getting my vehicle the service it needed. I walked out extremely relieved, and my car is running better than before! I'm returning soon for new rear brakes & I look forward to working with them again.

Firstly, the woman who checked me in acted as if I was inconveniencing her when I’m bringing that location business and I had it scheduled. Secondly, they didn’t bring me my car they had it parked in the lot and I had to go find it among some 50+ cars. Thirdly, we would’ve paid for a windshield and car wash, but those were not options for me. It was a night and day difference from another location in Memphis which was very polite, brought my car to me, and they offered me a complimentary car wash.

After having scheduled a service appointment online, I recently brought my F150 to AutoNation Ford Wolfchase for a wheel alignment and oil change. My service advisor, Gary, was very helpful in getting my vehicle promptly taken care of. After the work was completed, he showed me the results of the wheel alignment. I could tell, just by driving home, that the truck handled much better than it did before being serviced. I was very impressed by the quality and reasonable cost of the service performed. Even though my truck is 5 years old, I will continue to bring it to AutoNation Ford for service.

Working with the employees in the service department is always a pleasure. I felt I needed my brakes replaced on the front and rear of my 2019 Explorer which now has 103,00 miles. But was told only the rear fronts looked great. That’s trustworthy.
