Vehicle concern was not completely addressed. We are still dealing with the issue it went in for. We were charged for services that we did not ask for. We only wanted the interior of the car cleaned, due to the water leak. It was assumed that we wanted the entire car detailed. We were charged for both interior and exterior detailing. When I went to pick up the vehicle, communication was very limited as to what was fixed on the vehicle. The person in charge at the time had no idea what was done to the vehicle, and I never received a call back regarding my questions.

Overall great experience
Jeff and the team at Autonation Amhurst are my go-to when it comes to purchasing a new or used car or truck. this purchase makes my 7th or 8th vehicle I purchased from him over the past 20 plus years. Most recently I contacted Jeff about purchasing a used truck, and within a couple days he was able to locate one that fit my needs and budget and had a deal set up and ready to go. He made the entire process quick and easy to get done and on the road.

So I brought my car for recall work? on my 2018 fusion? My radio went black as well? all warranty work? they called me and said my car was done, but only the engine work? so.. I asked about the radio. she said.. well you have to pick your car up.. we have to order you a part for the radio? it will only take a week.. I have a 100 dollar deductible?. Warranty work.. she wanted me to bring my rental back? pay the 100 dollars?. Take my car home? take my car back a week later and pay another 100 dollar deductible.. PAY ONE DEDUCTIBLE FOR BOTH WARRANTY WORK? INSTEAD OF TWO? and it?s a week later.. just leave the my car there and pick it up next week!!
