Bought a car from a sales guy with the last name chesbourgh! Very nice guy! My credit is not good so I had to go through there guaranteed credit which was not bad. Was told by Batter the sales manager that I had to have a warranty or the bank wouldn’t approve me. Said ok get the paper work together and I would be back and sign the paper work! Got home and credit Acceptance called me and asked to verify some info! I did and I asked them if I had to have the warranty to be approved? They told me no and that my down payment got me accepted not having the warranty! So I called batter up and he was telling me that the dealership would lose money and that they did not have to sell me the car and someone else was interested in the car and he would sell it to them! I told him to go ahead and credit Acceptance was aware of what was going on! Batter said he would call them! So within 5 minutes Batter called me back saying I didn’t need the warranty and I could come pick the car up! Now Gault wanted to charge me 1900$ for there power train warranty! I have bought bumper to bumper warranty’s for a lot less! Maybe if Batter talked to me he might have sold me on something but he was shady!

I called my Service guy, Joe Andrews, yo see if he could squeeze me in -same day- to chk a light and do an oil change. No problem. I love these guys.

Very happy with accident damage repairs
The team at the Gault Chevrolet Body Shop were outstanding! They were very friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. The service for my car was completed when they said it would be. The workmanship for the repairs was of the highest quality. I was very pleased with the results. I recommend this team to everybody!

Lack of GM upgrade knowledge, not once, twice same issue
My wife and I dropped off my 2012 Sierra to have it upgraded to have remote start. I had already had it to you folks once before approximately 1 year ago for the same thing. At that time I was misinformed about the process. I was told the first time that all I needed were new FOBs. I purchased them and found out that there is a bypass module or something of the sort that was required, It was at that time around 200.00. So when my wife wanted to get the complete system installed she contacted you folks and set up an appointment to get it installed. I went with her to drop the truck off. I specifically told the gentleman handling the matter that is was more than just reprogramming the FOBs . Well guess what. My wife and son stopped by to pick up the truck and was told that just reprogramming the FOBs wouldn't work. So, first time 'shame on me for not totally researching the option. I paid. Now, They have charged my wife labor to have nothing done. And she ordered the kit that is now just a hair under 300.00. I actually work for the Matthews boys. So I called them up and said that the kit would be around 225.00. Where is the disconnect. Are these folks getting paid commission. If they are they are abusing the customer. I actually have visited your Toyota dealership in the past month (sales man Bill Gazdik). I was going to purchase either a new Rav4 or Camry by year end. FORGET THAT!!!! Please tell Bill sorry.
