Too much like shady car sales people. Throwing out numbers left and right, talking so fast, confusing us, and then getting irritated when we misunderstood what they were telling us. Very irritated. I felt awful. This is a lot of money we are spending and they should at least take their time and make sure we understand everything. We are not stupid people but they sure made us feel like it. I would never buy another vehicle from here again. Never. It was a very unpleasant experience.

David was friendly and respectful. Glad I was helped by him. Car was ready as promised, even though I came in late to appt. Thank you you David for caring care of me. Thank service mechanics for your suggestions.

First time there with no reference to their service history. Service writers were prompt, parts counter could use more help with customers
