They deserve negative star.
They deserve negative star. I will I will never recommend anybody to go to this dealer. They don't answer any questions after the moment that they hand you the car key. Their internal communicate is horrible. The sale team gave me the deal without the add-on charge, but the finance team charged me extra. One the day that I signe contact, no one tell me about the extra change or guide me to the contract. They just have me confirm the personal information and sign. I found out the extra charge when I request them to send me the purchase contract by email. I gave my trust to them because I thought they will make the purchase process more easy and save my time. I learned my lesson, really regret for choosing this deal. I called and wrote email in the past two weeks, let them know that I can provide the proof of agreement with the sales team. So far, no one willing to take care it, very unprofessional.

The service rep was excellent and based on past
The service rep was excellent and based on past experiences, I assume the maintenance work was done correctly and with skill. My only slight annoyance is that this is now the third questionnaire I’ve been asked to complete. Hence my score of a 4 instead of the 5 that the rep and technician deserve.

Parts department personnel sold me parts that I don't
Parts department personnel sold me parts that I don't need and told me the parts have been discontinued for my 2022 Toyota Sienna, but when I called another Toyota dealership, the parts I needed were still available. Why would you do this to the clients?!?!?!? Just to make commission?!?!?!?!

The maintenance representative was very helpful, I was told when I originally purchased the car and paid for the extended warranty that it would cover everything, well a part of the car was damaged and I was told it wasnt covered, this isnt the first time this has happen and it makes it hard to trust toyota as a manufacture and to be honest has gotten bad enough that I am starting to look for other vehicle brands that provide better warranties and stand behind them.
