In August 2011, I purchase a new 2011 Toyota Camry XLE from your dealership. Upon my arrival to the show room floor; I was greeted by sales associate, Mr. Lionel Mann. I must admit, I was very nervous because of my own preconceive stereotype notions of having to deal with the “typical high-pressure” car salesman but Mr. Mann turned my car buying experience from being “nervous and apprehensive” to being quite an enjoyable experience, there was no sales pressure at all. His approach made me more comfortable in negotiating a car buying deal that fit my budget. His professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle and more importantly, his respectful attitude was exceptional. The paperwork process was also NOT stressful. Overall, I received excellent treatment and superior service. I would highly recommend Keith Pierson to anyone that I come in contact with that’s interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Very great in customer service. Listens to what you want. Knows the product very well. And very confident on what he is selling, but then not pushing it so to make you uncomfortable. Overall, great experience, especially for us, 1st time brand new car buyer.

Darryl worked hard to find a vehicle that fit my needs and personality, and negotiated a price that fit my budget. He respected the fact that I’d worked the night before and he didn’t want to waste any of my time. I was expected to spend the entire day haggling but was pleasantly surprised how fast and smooth the entire process took. In fact, the only stall in the process was wanting on my bank. I received a courtesy call from my Darryl following up on questions or concerns I may have had about the vehicle and to ensure that I was totally satisfied with the purchase. I rated my Darryl high because he exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends.

Everyone at dealership was very polite and dressed in a professional manner. All aspects of the buying process went very smooth except the vehicle we wanted was not on the lot but the sales staff found what we wanted and went to get the vehicle. Proce3ss only took two days and was not a problem for us. Highly recommend Keith Pierson Toyota for anyone looking to obtain another vehicle.

Very customer friendly dealership. Definitely puts the customer first. Dennis was awesome to work with in looking at new vehicles. Lucius was awesome in the finance department. They stayed well past their already late closing time on a Friday to finalize the deal and did not make me feel rushed one bit. Overall this is a great dealership to deal with.

Waste of time
I wanted to talk to Keith Pearson in person about the service I had recieved at his dealership. In the showroom therewere signs all over the place stating "if you are not happy with the srevive you recieved talk to me personally" and that is what I was trying to do. Phone calls after phone calls I was never granted an opportunity to talk with Mr. Pearson. I left messages after messages with his personal secretary Amy she kept assuring me I will give him the message personally. It has been 4 weeks, no answer.
