This is my 3rd purchase from Keith Pierson Toyota. The staff is always knowledgeable , professional, and non-hassling to the customer. The Toyota reputation of quality products is why I purchase them time after time. however, the staff at Keith Pierson Toyota is the other reason I am a repeat buyer. Jacki Hebert was my salesperson for my most recent purchase. She was helpful in every way and was a pleasure to do business with. I knew what I was looking for and she didn't pressure me into something I didn't want or need. I recommend Keith Pierson Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and Jacki Hebert is a commensurate professional always willing to go the "extra mile" for the customer.

Justin Hicks was very helpful in allowing me to test drive a Rav 4 with my daughter. Since I wanted a specific color and option package one was delivered from another dealership after a price was agreed to. At pickup the car was prepped and cleaned. Martin Couch did a great job getting me through the paper signing,etc. He showed all of the features of the car before I left. Overall, a great and simple experience. I like the lifetime drivetrain warranty and 2 year free maintenance offered by Keith Pierson. It made the difference when when comparing best prices at other Toyota dealerships since there is not much difference in the bottom line.

This was my second car purchased from Keith Pierson. Lionel Mann was very knowlegable and friendly. He presented everything timely and answered all my questions. Also I bring my car back for service great service department.

Very professional, friendly, knowledgable and he went out of his way to make this car buying experience a delight. He even checked to see what radio stations I had programmed and then set them in my new car. That really impressed me that he was that thoughtful and I made sure to tell people I work with, and they were impressed as well. I really wanted a standard but there weren't any at their location and they knew I was more comfortable and felt safer having more control with a standard, so they searched other locations and found a gorgeous Barcelona Red 5 speed. The dealer, the salesman and the car- "Muy Caliente".

We didn't actually plan on walking out with keys to a new car. My fiance and I wanted a solid idea of what we liked in a replacement family car because my Ford Focus had become unreliable at 80k miles. We both really liked working with Darryl and Nick who was in training. They did a great job getting to know our personal needs for a new car while creating great rapport with us as individuals, not "just another customer". After a bit of conversation and some numbers information, Darryl showed us two Camry SE editions that fit what we were looking for. We shied away from the red one because insurance companies don't like red. After test driving the silver one and going over most of the features and safety benefits, as well as, all the different warranty coverage, that was our car! Had it not been for Darryl and Nick creating such a personalized shopping experience, we would not have even considered getting it. My only wish is that we could have gotten a lower price!

My husband and I stopped by Keith Pierson Toyota in search for a Chevy Avalanche. My husband has always been a "Chevy" man! At the news Kieth Pierson did not have any Chevy Avalanche in inventory, my husband was ready to walk out the door.. Brain Brock, our salesmen, was patient and made many advances to convert my husband into a "Toyota" man!! Needless to say, my husband and I was so impressed on how knowledgeable Brain Brock was as it relates to the Toyota Tundra, my husband brought one that same night!!!! Thanks for converting my husband into a "Toyota" man......... soon I'll be his "Toyota" girl:)

My experience with this dealership is awesome! Donald Wyche did a very good job, I feel great walking in and out of this dealership, All the employees are friendly and easy to deal with. Donald needs to be promoted! He gave me all the information that i need, he's fun and helpful in a professional way.
