I am a Disabled American Veteran and was treated with the utmost respect at Ramsey Corp. My wife and I just bought a 2011 BMW X5 xDrive35d and the entire sales experience was wonderful! They gave us the car for about 3 hours to have our own mechanic go over everything on the car, gave us a Carfax on the car that had full details on every service performed on the car, they even performed a full service and safety inspection and repair on the car before selling it to us. There were no high pressure sales calls to us when we weren't there the next day to buy the car, there were no "let's get a deposit" pressures from the sales team. They knew they had a good product and knew it would sell itself and we appreciated that! They also worked with us on the price, warranty and down payment! The folks at Ramsey Corp made every part of the process enjoyable!

I recently purchased a used GMC Yukon Denali XL at Ramsey Corp and can tell you this was the most user friendly experience I have ever had buying a car. If you are looking for a no pressure, enjoyable buying experience this is definitely it. Frank and his son are great people. From the moment I met them I was thrilled with how different they were from the typical clowns running a dealership. Frank understands about taking care of his customers and that is so important. The facility is real nice with waters and even bagels for breakfast...talk about service! Everyone there Matt , Jimmy even Pat the friendly receptionist are all so nice to deal with. Anytime I called or emailed them - they would always get back to me very quickly. During the buying process I asked them to take care of a few minor issues I discovered with the truck and they had those problems corrected. They gave me piece and mind with my truck and that is something one rarely gets with a used vehicle. I have told many of my friends, family, and co-workers about Ramsey and I will be sure to go back and see them down the road for another vehicle. This is a business that truly cares about their customer's requests and concerns. They were very attentive to the details in the kind of vehicle I was looking for, never pushed me in another direction just for a sale. I just bought a 02 Firebird from Ramsey Corp. And I couldn't be happier with the car or the services. I did alot of research and web surfing to find this car with low miles and in great shape. These guys treated me like they knew me forever and it was the easiest deal I ever made on a car. I can't thank these guys enough and the next vehicle I buy will come from Ramsey's also. I bought and 09 Mercedes c300 and it was smooth and easy deal . Great customer devices, Frank and his family know how to make and keep customers . Didn't try to charge ridiculous dealer fees and and made me feel comfortable about doing business. I definitely give them an A PLUS and would recommend them anytime .

I don't bother to look anywhere else every time I need another car and it doesn't matter that I live an hour away. All the cars that I had purchased from here had exceeded my expectations. Customer service is great and this place is very accommodating. The people at this dealership are very hospitable. Makes me feel at home with their hospitality. No pressure sale.
