Mr. Britt was very polite, courteous and professional. He explained everything that was to be done to my Acura. When the work was finished, Mr. Britt went through each step of the work and any problems that were found and corrected.

I inquired online about a vehicle. The dealership promptly called me. Paul, my salesman, was very professional and was very knowledgeable about his vehicles. He suggested I test drive both a MDX and a RDX to see which i liked best. He didn’t pressure me to buy that day but let me go home to think about it. This is rare when dealing with car salesmen. He had all the paperwork ready when I got there, because I had called him to let him know I was coming back to get the MDX. Process was smooth.
