The valet service was an awesome perk living 45 minutes away and in a different time zone than the dealership. The service dept and drivers kept me informed every step if the way.

While everything went well buying the car initially which I am assuming it was because it was a sale my experience with the dealership afterwards was and continues to be pretty bad. I recently traded the car in for the performance model and I have been trying for 2-3 weeks now to get everything done from the old trade in. I am tired of the lack of follow up and they seem like they just don't care.I refuse to recommend them anymore based on that alone. I should of not have to follow up so much, my experience getting the money back in terms of gap/warranties was smooth before except here. I tried my best to give them the benefit of the doubt. Makes me wonder what else goes on.
