Steve Britt was very helpful with listening to what I needed to have done and was helpful. I have been going to Acura 10 years and this was my best experience so far. I thank Steve and the technician for assisting with my needs. The gentleman that was at the reception desk was helpful also but I didn't get his name.

I would like to thank Larry Dorne serve rep and James who worked on my car .For excellence service I will bring my car back to Larry Dorne for future service and Mr.james to keep it running smoothly.Acura of columbus should be proud to have these 2 individuals working for them .I will recommend my Acura friend's who get service else where to get there service done with theses two Gentlemen's keep up the awesome Job!

Larry, my service advisor did an outstanding job with my MDX. Larry worked really hard w David & the parts department to get an oil pan that was on back order.... they found one ....they replaced it and got my car back to me in a timely manner.....Larry gave me a loaner until my car was finished. This is my 3rd Acura & will only go to Acura of Columbus to buy any future purchases. The service department is what will keep me coming back!! Thanks again Larry for your superior effort.
