I think it was outstanding the the service advisor f\provided pictures of the findings of the multi-point inspection. This helped when the customer is noty allowed in the service area.

If you are a person of color this is not the dealership for you. I called about a used car I bought after 2 days the new car manager was on the phone with me and then said hold on did realize he actually didn’t put the phone on hold I heard everything. Trust me when I tell you if you are black or any other color than white please move on to another dealership.
