The personnel at this dealership are very responsive and customer service oriented. I am always greeted warmly upon arrival by the man who checks the car in to our service advisor, Steve Britt, writing the service order who is knowledgeable in answering my questions regards service issues! The parts manager, Richard MacMinn is an absolute jewel to your organization as well!

Steve, as always, goes the extra mile to make sure my visit is a pleasant experience. He is friendly, personable, welcoming, knows what he is doing and knows what my car needs. Always checked in quickly and settled in. The waiting area is well appointed and a nice place to be while waiting. Have yet to see him flustered or upset. Keep up the good work, Steve.

it was very easy to get an appointment, they washed my car without even asking and provided coffee and water and a nice place for me to work while I waited

This is my third time visiting Acura of Columbus and it’s always been a very pleasant experience Steve Britt is very professional accommodating and thorough explains everything and make sure that I’m comfortable and updated me frequently on the status of the work being done. He also helped me reschedule an appointment something had come up in my calendar he told me not to worry I even arrived a little late he said no problem and they got it taken care of. The only drawback of each of my visits is that it takes a lot of time, more than I think is necessary but then again I may need to change my expectation for the time allowed for the service. I guess I’m just used to the quick lube‘s where the quality of work and isn’t nearly as good.
