They are friendly, fast and efficient. I would recommend anyone to the Acura store in Columbus, Ga. Thank you for another great experience. I will see you again in a few months.

Oil change and service

Very friendly and courteous. Lead me to the waiting area and showed me where everything was.He said it would take about an hour to an hour and 30 min. Which it did.

Salesman seemed to have no real interest in selling me...

Salesman seemed to have no real interest in selling me the vehicle I wanted. Didn't seem to care about losing a sale either. I offered full asking price for the vehicle if they would include tax,tag,and title. His answer was a blunt NO! No offer of negotiation. No explanation. Just NO!

You don't want to go anywhere else for a car or service

Everyone I encountered was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I had an appointment for service on my MDX . I was treated so courteously even though I didn't purchase my car there. Because of the positive experiences I have had with the service department on multiple occasions, I will more than likely purchase my next Acura here. The entire team here is outstanding.

I received an immediate welcome as I entered door, paperwork was handled quickly, loaner car was provided for my convenience, and tires put on car in a timely manner. Car wash was the cherry on top!

As a customer of 2 yrs, I have never had a bad experience with the Service Department. They all have been friendly and courteous. I would recommend Acura of Columbus to anyone. Nice to be a customer.

Michael the service manager was fantastic. Great...

Michael the service manager was fantastic. Great experience. He kept me informed on the progress and what needed to be done. My car had to be towed due to flat tire. The Acura tow service was prompt which was greatly appreciated as well.

Always friendly and truly helpful. The detail crew does a fine job also. Whoever changed the fluids (transmission and differential) in my MDX make it a dream to drive. My “Peace of Mind” is sky high.
