I couldn’t be more than thrilled with the quality of service that I received from both Steve in the service department, and Robbie in the sales department. Steve has been my go to person every since I ourchased my Acura, and he makes every visit a joy. I can always count on him to not only be professional, but to answer any question I have. If he doesn’t know the answer then he doesn’t have a problem with finding it for me. He introduced me to Robbie who has been such a pleasure working with through this transition of purchasing another Acura. I couldn’t ask for better service or for a better team to help.

Prompt & courteous service

Handled my problems quickly. Provided transportation to my home. Had several methods of communication via phone and text. Both David Lass and Lauren Farthing were extremely helpful.

Service

My service was quick and clean. My personal thought was if they clean it and I or any customer ask about a spot on the vehicle they are servicing is to try to accommodate them and try to help them or tell them how when it has been done before when asked. Otherwise, it was great.

Exceptional Service as Always

I went in for an oil change expecting to wait for my vehicle. Since it was going to take several hours they opted to provide me with a LOANER car so that I could do some chores that I had scheduled for later in the afternoon. Thank you Acura of Columbus.

Great service with minimal service time. The only thing that could have been better was the quality of the car wash. Other than that, ALL was fine.
