Very Efficient Operation

The car was prepped and ready for delivery when we arrived at the dealership. All of the paperwork had been drawn up prior to our arrival. We were fully briefed on the vehicle, signed the paperwork, and were on our way home in a short period of time. Also, the pricing was the best we found on the MDX Advance out of the 3 dealerships that are within driving distance of our home.

Converter

Excellent service. Need additional promotion coupons sent in mail frequency than now good excellent and outstanding Dealership wash car and called to informed of car status. Very good

Great buying experience

My wife and I had pretty much decided on an Acura RDX and had already been to another dealer. When we arrived at Acura of Columbus we were met immediately by Steve Jones who guided us through a complete presentation of the automobile and its features including a test drive. When we returned to the dealership, we were introduced to the general sales manager and the service adviser. The dealership building itself is clean and well appointed. All of these things gave the impression of competence and professionalism. We left a list of items we wanted on the car and quickly received a quote that was aggressive but there was no pressure to decide. The feeling we had about the dealership sold us as much as the price.

Best buying experience!

My salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and could immediately answer any questions. He was very courteous and focused on meeting my needs for a new ride. Customer service at this dealership was refreshing.

Great experience

I don't live in Georgia anymore but I always receive top notch service when I drive my vehicle through GA. They fixed the major things wrong with my car and gave me an estimate on things that still needed to be fixed.

Routine maintenance for my TL.

Mark was helpful and personable. It was truly service with a smile. We had questions regarding new Acura's and he provided us with all the answers plus offered have a sales person assist us.

Service

Needed repair for rattling noise. Mark knew exactly what the problem was. Repaired while I waited. Was leaving town next day . Very appreciative of such prompt service !!

Oil change

I happen to be in the area yesterday so I took a chance to see if I could bring my car in for service. Steve in service said he had a opening at 1:30 so I took that one. He was super nice. He called to let me know car was going to wash and be ready shortly. This worked out perfectly for me to get this done in this time frame. Steve and Mark were super nice when I picked the car up and explained all that was done on the car. Great guys and I love this car.

Great Dealership Provides Great Service!

Excellent service. Very professional, friendly, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this dealership and sales person, Steve Jones. Steve spent much time explaining and demonstrating all the features of my MDX. I feel very confident if I need to have further explanation he will be available with the answers.
