Oil Change and Front Brakes.

Mark Baird at Acura on Whittlesy Road was very helpful for an issue I was having with my Acura and had it looked into and made sure it was fixed before returning my car. The loaner vehicle allowed me to carry on with my daily errands without interruption! Thank You for your detail to customer service!

100% Satisfied

The entire service department service department was courteous and was determined to find the problem and make repairs and they did. I was very happy with the results. I love the service I get at Acura of Columbus!!!

Service Drop Off

Friendly, explained everything well, would recommend dealership and employee who assisted me. Car wash, loaner vehicle, bottled water are all very nice touches that set the service experience apart from other dealerships.

Exceptional

Robbie Dean was extra helpful in the buying process. He went way beyond his job to make sure I had exceptional service. Jarod Hudson made the finance part of the transaction easy to understand and was extremely helpful. I love my new Acura and will definitely continue my association with Acura of Columbus.
