Satisfied Customer

Professionalism from the start, from scheduling my appointment for my 2015 TLX (A1 service due) to picking up my car after services were completed. Mark was professional during my drop off of the car, ensured my warranty would cover the service and getting me in a loaner, this took no more than 15 minutes. I received the same professionalism when picking up my car. I highly recommend Acura of Columbus (GA)

Great experience!

Steve helped me.get the service appointment quickly at the best time for me and offered to lend me a car, which I didn’t need. When I arrived he came out to greet me He checked my records, asked questions and explained what would happen with my car. He offered a choice of waiting areas, snacks and drinks. I am 71 years old and have had cars serviced countless times and they were endurable. This dealership makes the experience delightful. Thanks!

Great Experience!

Buying the new TLX from Acura of Columbus was easy, low pressure and quick! The car is incredible and the sales staff treated me like a king. Financing was also a breeze and the rate was lower than anywhere else I looked. I'll buy from Acura of Columbus again.

Maintenance service

Before and after service received explanation of what was to be and what was done. Comfortable and clean waiting area. Complementary wash and vacuum. Friendly staff.

Oil Change and Front Brakes.

Mark Baird at Acura on Whittlesy Road was very helpful for an issue I was having with my Acura and had it looked into and made sure it was fixed before returning my car. The loaner vehicle allowed me to carry on with my daily errands without interruption! Thank You for your detail to customer service!
