Takata Airbag Recall
Once the replacement airbag inflator was secured was able to schedule appointment. Dealership service was exceptional - the recall replacement time availability (8 months) by Acura and Takata was not. Dealer provided loaner vehicle and work was completed in a timely manner.

First service on 2016 MDX
Excellent service & quality of work. Very helpful staff. Will be bringing 2010 TL in for service and recall maintenance. Overall experience was very good. Drive from Opelika to Columbus is the only issue.

Great Service
I had a 3:00 appointment for the very first oil change and service of my MDX. My loaner vehicle was ready and waiting. The fact that they provided me a loaner just for routine service surprised me. I was called once my vehicle was ready and returned to find my MDX washed, vacuumed, and good to go for another 5,000 miles. It was an A+ experience.
