Very low pressure and very professional. Only one problem and that was resolved without any major issues. And the MDX is really a great car.

The Columbus Acura Dealership employees are very polite, knowledgeable and professional. The service writer tell you what will be done to your automobile and approximately long it will take. After the service is over, your service writer goes over the what was done and if anything was found or needs to more service. I have dealt with several service writers in my time and have never dealt with people as nice and professional as these.

This dealership absolutely never disappoints. The sales and service departments have served me well for the past 8 years and I am proud to say both of my vehicles are from Acura of Columbus.
