GREAT.

Had to have a 6 month check on my truck and was told that engine bushings were going out. This truck was only 6 mths old! Obviously this person didn't know what they were doing. The sales man "AC" HICKS didn't treat me as a blithering idot, which I greatly appreciated.He was extremely knowledgeable about vehicle and the outstanding features. Can't say enough.

Awesome team!!

I’m extremely impressed and grateful with the Hendrick team in Tallahassee. I live in Naples Fl and unfortunately the customer service is not comparable to my experience with this team. It all started with Kathy Van Liere in the finance department, her professionalism is on point with documents and follow ups. Chris who sold me the vehicle was a gentleman and a scholar through the whole process. Great follow up and customer service communication! Jack Kelli’s the service manager was also very helpful and courteous. Even Jim, the driver was very professional and helpful. They brought the car to me and made the whole transition smooth and easy. Thank you all for the help !!!!

Dealership sucks

This is my first car purchase. Literally just bought the car 5 months ago and I’ve been having problems with it ever since. So 3 days ago i took my car in to get a diagnostic checkup. Just for the checkup ($189) and my transmission pan has a dent which they quoted me for $400. Found someone today to fix my transmission pan for less then $100. Do not, i repeat do not buy your car from this dealership. They are hard to contact, and they will take their precious time getting your car repaired. If i could do it over again i would definitely buy my car from another dealership. Once they sell you the car they don’t care about what happens anymore. Don’t make the same mistake i did.

My new purchase

Jonathan Chery was awesome he?s a new employee, but he was very patient while we test drove several vehicles, he even took me to a mirrored window so I could see how I look in the vehicle . I decided to purchase a new vehicle and I was his first sale. Thank you Jonathan.
