I inquired about a vehicle around 5:30in the morning and by 9:30 same day I received response. Unfortunately they sold the vehicle I was looking at the day before but advised me they received one very similar and she would let me know the price. Four hours later, true to her word she sent me an email. Didn't buy because it was not in the range I would like to pay.

James Izinga
James Inzinga was the MOST helpful sales person EVER, bar none. James never pressured me to buy, didn?t push vehicles I didn?t want at me, was extremely well mannered and totally professional. James made my experience so stress less! To be honest, I had no idea what I was doing, I just needed a dependable commute car and I love my Volvo.s. James took care of the rest, including helping me out returning a rental car AND pointing out the least stressful route home to the Canadian border. I will drive down there again and request James Izinga because he is the best! Sincerely, a northern N.Y. Happy customer!

James Inzinga was GREAT! It was my first time buying a car alone, my husband used to do that, but now I was doing it, and I am NOT a Motorhead. James made the whole process seamless and stress less I owe him a lot of credit here. I really didn?t even know what I was doing, but I needed a good commute vehicle and I love my Volvo and another Volvo was what I wanted. James got me the perfect car for me. James didn?t try and sell me something I wasn?t interested in. James was totally professional and made this purchase easy and quick. I cannot recommend James Inzinga enough and when I need another car, which will be relatively soon with a son needing one, I will go back to James! Thank you James and Summitview auto!

No Pressure
1st time ever I did not feel pressured. I came to look at a vehicle. Ended up getting a different car that was more affordable and comfortable for me. Ginger was very helpful, and kind. I will be back, and I will send family members as well.

I just validated my purchased of my Infinity QX56
I bought an 2011 Infinity QX 56 with 90,000 miles and had some reservations about the mileage when I bought the vehicle in August. I was assure by my salesman Jimmy that the car was completely gone through on the vehicle and that everything was in good condition. I took my vehicle to the Infinity dealer today for an oil change and a once over and was actually nervous wondering what they may find. My service wroiter bring me the invoice for the oil change and wipers I had installled and a computerized report and check list on the vehicle. All items were in Green. None in yellow or red. Like 25+ vehicles checks - all A+. Brakes- perfect, Tires- perfect,exhaust- perfect, emissions- perfect, all perfect and green meaning GO. What a relief. I was so happy I called Jimmy and told him I loved him and thanks again for being honest and not a con artist. AMEN to Summit View Auto!

Best buying experience of my life
I was having a hard time find a car and I decided to drive down to summit view auto to look at a Cadillac and the put in hard work to get me the best financing available to me and I ended up in a better car than I expected to. Ginger was the most patient kind knowledge sales person I've come across in a long time.highly reccomended!!
