I discovered my engine oil cap was missing the day after

I discovered my engine oil cap was missing the day after my service. The area around my engine is covered in oil and I had to rush to buy a new cap and replacement oil last night.

Everyone that I worked with was so kind and helpful. Nelson is top notch. He is truly an asset to the team. He provided excellent customer service. He followed up consistently on the progress of my vehicle. He truly went above and beyond by making sure that I could still get to work and take my child to and from school. He made sure that I was treated with the upmost respect.

Emilio Ruiz was awesome.

Emilio Ruiz was awesome. The Best service advisor I have had to date. However, management was disappointing. A manager yelled at employee in front of me, the customer, as I was at the counter being helped. This interaction with employee made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed for the employee. Then as I was waiting for UBER, the manager continued to yell at employee in the parking lot following employee yelling. My opinion, this behavior by management is unacceptable and creates a Hostile work environment. Very disappointed with Wondries management.

The crew working on my car broke a small mirror in the

The crew working on my car broke a small mirror in the backseat that I need to see my infant son when I’m driving. The mirror easily slips off the headrest, but they ripped the apparatus apart, and it’s now irreparable. Nobody mentioned anything about it, I discovered it when I got home.
